As a Databricks Solutions Architect, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions, driving end-to-end architecture and enabling clients to leverage their data with Databricks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solutions Design: Architect scalable data solutions using Databricks, Azure, AWS, and other cloud services to meet client needs.
2. Data Strategy & Architecture: Develop data architectures, ETL pipelines, and data governance frameworks.
3. Technical Leadership: Lead data platform design, define best practices, and mentor team members.
4. Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning: Create pipelines for analytics and ML initiatives using Databricks.
5. Collaboration & Client Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, present solutions, and implement strategies.
6. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize data workflows for cost and performance.
7. Innovation & Experimentation: Promote cutting-edge data technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in senior data engineering or solutions architecture, with focus on Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
• Proven experience designing large-scale data architectures.
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience in building ETL pipelines, handling large datasets, and aligning solutions with business goals.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling.
• Industry experience in financial services, logistics, or similar domains is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Information

Salary: $75,000 - $140,000/year, based on qualifications and experience.
