Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key player in our project teams, you'll lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions using the Microsoft Data Stack (Azure, Fabric, Power BI) working directly with clients, consultants, and project leaders to bring bold ideas to life.

• Lead discovery & design sessions to uncover real business needs and architect scalable, modern data platforms.
• Build end-to-end solutions across Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, and Power BI—ensuring quality, performance, and alignment to best practices.
• Shape data strategy for enterprise clients by translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Partner with sales & pre-sales teams to help craft compelling solutions that win business.
• Be a thought leader and mentor, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Microsoft’s evolving data stack.

What You Bring

• Strong experience designing and delivering Azure-based data solutions
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipelines, OneLake, Synapse Real-Time Analytics)
• Deep knowledge of Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks
• Solid coding chops in SQL, Python, Spark
• Experience with data modeling, governance, and ELT/ETL workflows
• Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Bonus: Azure/Fabric/Databricks certifications and experience in pre-sales or consulting environments

COMPENSATION

$130-160,000 Base Salary + Commission = $175-200,000 Total Salary

Remote with 10% Travel
