Qualifications

• Ability to design and explain complex systems to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience structuring unstructured data for modeling and planning.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers daily to transform their solutions into sophisticated multi-dimensional models.
• Understand and document business requirements for model design.
• Design and build Pigment applications aligned to customer needs.
• Train and co-build with customers to achieve self-sufficiency.
• Lead and participate in UAT and deployment activities.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs).
• Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve planning methodologies and processes.
