As a senior consultant in the Technology & Data practice, you will collaborate with blue-chip clients to assess, audit, and enhance their martech stacks, audience targeting, measurement methodologies, and campaign efficiencies. Your responsibilities include delivering gap analyses, recommending tools and vendors, designing future state architectures, optimizing tactics, and providing thought leadership. You will work closely with marketing, data engineering, analytics, and compliance stakeholders to define strategies, gather requirements, develop skills, and build solutions across projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Understand and prioritize client needs related to customer data, MarTech, AdTech, digital marketing, and media analytics, demonstrating strong knowledge of product solutions and use case applications.
- Create compelling presentations, architectures, and models to illustrate recommendations independently.
- Show high expertise in your domain and a solid understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Engage clients with advanced, solution-focused discussions to translate business goals into data, technology, and analytics specifications.
- Apply knowledge of customer data collection and utilization, including tag management, privacy, consent, and identity resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and proactively resolving issues.
- Manage projects effectively to meet goals while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and demonstrating leadership and client relationship skills.
- Continue professional development through targeted learning and sharing knowledge with team members.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with activities such as executing or leading digital marketing programs or transformations for agencies, consultancies, internet companies, or client marketing teams.
- Developing customer experience strategies, roadmaps, and negotiating tradeoffs.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, media, engineering, design, product, and analytics teams.
- Building campaigns in CRM systems and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Adobe, or similar.
- Utilizing first- and third-party data for segmentation, targeting, personalization, and attribution.
- Managing audiences in DSPs (e.g., TradeDesk, DV360), CDPs (e.g., Segment, Amperity), and Clean Rooms (e.g., Google Ads Data Hub, SafeHaven).
- Developing audience profiles with data partners like TransUnion, LiveRamp, etc.
- Estimating budgets and resources for new adtech and martech tools.
