A leading security solutions provider is looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive partner acquisition and technical enablement across the Carrier and Service Provider sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DDoS mitigation and application security, with proven communication skills. You will engage directly with partners to deliver services based on the company's security portfolio while providing architectural guidance. This role includes travel across the United States as needed.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to support the Carrier, Service Provider, and MSSP vertical. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in DDoS mitigation, Application Security, and API Security, combined with strong communication and customer‑facing skills. The Solutions Architect will drive partner acquisition, technical enablement, and successful delivery of services built on the Radware security and application delivery portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Expertise

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for DDoS mitigation, Application Security, and API Security.
• Apply extensive hands‑on knowledge of:

IP routing and switching

Layer 3–7 security controls

HTTP and modern web protocols

APIs and API security architectures

Encryption technologies

Load balancing and traffic steering

• Conduct deep‑dive architectural discussions to guide partners in building scalable, resilient, and secure offerings.

Partner Acquisition & Enablement

• Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and technical enablement of Service Providers and MSSP partners.
• Architect partner service offerings leveraging Radware solutions for managed DDoS, WAF, bot management, and application protection.
• Collaborate closely with partners to develop deployment architectures, service frameworks, and operational processes.

Customer & Field Engagement

• Act as a technical evangelist, clearly articulating solution value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical training.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, approachable explanations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to customers during pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Go‑To‑Market, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of priorities, product capabilities, and field requirements.
• Gather customer and partner feedback to influence product roadmaps and solution improvements.

Travel

• Travel throughout the United States as needed to support partners and customers; expected travel up to 50%, depending on business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, networking, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of:

DDoS mitigation technologies

Application and API security

Network infrastructure (routing, switching, BGP, TCP/IP)

HTTP/HTTPS and web application architectures

APIs, REST/JSON, and API gateways

Load balancing, ADCs, and traffic management

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with Service Providers, Carriers, or MSSP organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Radware technologies or similar security platforms.
• Background in pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Experience designing or operating large‑scale, multi‑tenant security services.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $200,000 - $250,000

The estimated compensation range includes an annual on-target commission plan. This role will be eligible to participate in Radware’s Stock Plan.
