Job summary

ProviNET Solutions is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role you'll work alongside Sales and Engineering to design technology solutions that meet client needs, support business goals, and deliver long-term value.

You'll serve as a technical resource throughout the pre-sales process, leading client discovery, evaluating existing infrastructure, developing solution designs, and creating project scopes, equipment estimates, and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in infrastructure engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related field.
• Strong networking knowledge including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and network security.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and infrastructure assessments with prospective and existing clients.
• Design and recommend networking, security, server, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), project scopes, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Create project plans and professional services labor estimates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Engineering to deliver practical, supportable solutions.
• Present technical recommendations and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
