Control Southern is seeking a Solutions Architect with broad experience in process automation to develop project proposals, build strategic customer relationships, and participate in pursuit strategy with Territory Managers. The role emphasizes collaboration across sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure proposals align with customer needs and financial viability.

The Solutions Architect may be required to travel overnight more than 50% depending on territory size, pursuit dynamics and principle requirements.
BS Engineering preferred, other 4 year degrees can be acceptable as well based on qualifications. Experience (10+ years) working in a process industry or manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous process automation engineering experience is also preferred.
