Job summary

Dexian is seeking a senior-level digital transformation leader in the St. Petersburg, FL area to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will translate business needs into technical and product solutions, drive innovation across revenue ops, CX, and internal processes, and help define digital transformation roadmaps for multiple entities. Responsibilities include architecting scalable tools and data platforms, prototyping solutions, and delivering end-to-end projects.

Job description

Location: Hybrid at St Petersburg Florida 33733

Duration: FTE

Salary Range: $155k - $175k base salary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy
• Translate business needs into clear technical and product-oriented solutions
• Drive innovation across revenue operations, customer experience, and internal processes
• Help define and evolve digital transformation roadmaps across multiple entities

Solution Design & Development

• Architect and build scalable tools, automations, and systems to improve operations and decision-making
• Prototype and iterate quickly, bringing ideas to life with speed and practicality
• Evaluate and implement modern technologies, including AI, automation, and data platforms
• Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and sustainable

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Facilitate working sessions to identify pain points and opportunities
• Partner across teams to embed solutions into workflows
• Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes

Execution & Delivery

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end delivery from concept through implementation
• Define milestones, success metrics, and measurable outcomes
• Continuously refine solutions based on feedback and performance data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or technical solution design
• Proven experience contributing to digital transformation or process improvement initiativesStrong ability to build or prototype solutions using modern development or automation tools

Technical Skills & Experience

• Deep knowledge of Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, App Services, Container Apps, API Management, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, Azure AI Foundry, and MS Fabric
• Strong backend development experience (preferably C# or TypeScript) and API design best practices
• Frontend development experience with Angular and/or React, including building custom business applications
• Experience with data platforms such as Azure SQL and PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to design and build data pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting solutions
• Experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Tableau, and Power BI
