Position Summary:
LCG, Inc.’s Growth Team is a dedicated, agile group of experts assembled to effectively address business growth goals across the core paradigm of our customer base. This team excels in tight deadlines and thrives on malleability. This team thrives when faced with complex tasking, delivers hands-on development of RFP responses, and supports swift contract transitions after award. This team is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the development of persuasive and competitive solutions. This role will be required to provide technical leadership to both customer stakeholders and LCG internal staff, serving as both a subject matter expert and team leader.

Compensation and Benefits:
The projected compensation range for this position is $184,300 to $214,500 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary for this role is $200,500. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
