We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team onsite in Minneapolis, MN. This role is strategic in nature and requires a hands-on architect who can lead solution design, work closely with stakeholders, and build robust data-driven solutions. This is not a Data Engineer role – we're looking for someone who brings a strong architecture mindset and can operate across both business and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, efficient solutions leveraging both cloud and on-premises ETL architectures.
• Understand and map data lineage, data dependencies, and conduct data profiling.
• Build data models that serve business and technical needs.
• Create and communicate solution diagrams and technical architecture documentation.
• Work closely with users to understand pain points and technical limitations, then propose and deliver targeted solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, articulating technical concepts in business terms and vice versa.
• Drive strategic discussions and guide stakeholders toward optimal solution decisions.
• Deliver point solutions with a long-term architecture in mind.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in data-driven environments.
• Strong ETL knowledge (both on-prem and cloud-based platforms).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in data modeling and designing data flows and structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude – able to own solutions from concept through execution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in [insert domain if needed: e.g., healthcare, retail, manufacturing].
• Familiarity with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for context awareness.
