Job Title: Solutions Architect (XR / MDM / Enterprise Integration)

Location: Remote (Preferred time zones: EST & CST)

Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-facing Solutions Architect to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering immersive technologies in enterprise environments. In this role, you will work with enterprise customers and channel partners to drive the adoption, integration, and scale of next-generation AR/VR (XR) hardware and software solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, enabling partners through training, solution design, and technical consultation while contributing feedback to product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in XR products, enterprise architecture, and integration strategies.

Collaborate with customers and reseller partners to understand business needs and craft tailored solutions

Deliver pre-sales technical consultations and implementation guidance to accelerate adoption.

Lead architecture discussions and identify key system components to unblock technical deployments and improve scalability.

Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients and partners, promoting adoption and growth of XR solutions.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging, supporting customer implementations in real-time.

Drive partner enablement through training, documentation, and best practice development.

Actively collect customer feedback to influence future product features and roadmap direction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful solution outcomes.

Flexibility to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, training, and on-site engagements.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Sales/Partner Engineer in a customer-facing role.

Deep knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems and deployment in enterprise settings.

Strong understanding of identity and access management technologies including authentication protocols, SCIM, SSO, and provisioning systems.

Proficiency with enterprise IT ecosystems, including device management, security, and networking.

Technical fluency in web technology stacks, RESTful APIs, and integration protocols.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or enabling reseller/channel partners in a technical enablement or support capacity.

Background in enterprise software rollouts, infrastructure, and customer lifecycle management.

Ability to identify new tools or operational enhancements to support product scalability.

Prior experience supporting hardware or immersive technology adoption in enterprise environments.
