Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a Solutions Architect in Houston, TX to lead enterprise modernization efforts. You will shape solution design across applications, integrations, cloud, and cybersecurity while partnering with business leaders to solve complex problems.

You’ll translate requirements into technical designs, define system boundaries, and guide teams through implementation, testing, and deployment in a highly visible role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architecture or systems roles.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience designing enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Background with APIs, middleware, databases, and cloud services.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of secure integration and access management concepts.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 annually, depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to play a key role in a large-scale transformation initiative. You'll help shape solution design across enterprise applications, integrations, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while supporting modernization efforts that impact the broader organization. If you enjoy working closely with technical teams and business leaders to solve complex problems, this role offers a highly visible seat at the table.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise modernization initiatives

• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or energy environments
• Familiarity with legacy modernization and coexistence planning
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and observability
• Experience with COTS or SaaS product evaluations
• Exposure to Oracle Financials, Oracle EBS, or PL/SQL
• Experience with Java, React, Python, or Azure Kubernetes Service
• Knowledge of WebLogic or other legacy application platforms
