Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Must Haves:

• Process knowledge across corporate functions: Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Legal, Enterprise Risk
• In depth knowledge of payroll/HR applications such as ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle
• Knowledge of IAM design processes including encryption, MFA, and Zero across applications, such as SailPoint
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to identify and deliver solutions designs to services such as compute, storage, database, and networking to meet corporate requirements

Nice to Haves:

• Exposure to Gen AI
• Technical background within IAM/HR application development

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Function Solutions Architect to support business process planning across a variety of HR, Enterprise Risk Management, CSR, Legal, and Compliance for a major manufacturing client in the US. They will work within the Enterprise Architecture team as a shared service supporting all business units from a process design standpoint. They will work fully remote with a small team of 5 peer architects under a Solutions Director. They should be a more-so solutions-oriented individual than technical within the corporate functions space, aware of industry standard processes and project design elements from the oversight level. They should be a highly proactive and knowledgeable individual to offer insight and ideas to the overall roadmap of business unit solutions.
