Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to lead SAFe implementation, cross‑program integration, and coordination of cybersecurity and DoD program execution. You will drive risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational leadership across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAFe/Scaled Agile implementations in DoD or federal programs.
• Strong systems engineering, integration, and risk management skills.

Solution Train Engineer - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Solution Train leadership and facilitation, Lean-Agile and SAFe implementation, Systems engineering and technical integration, Cross-program dependency management, Cybersecurity and DoD program execution, Stakeholder collaboration and communication, Risk, issue, and impediment management, Technical documentation and reporting. Coaching, mentoring, and organizational leadership, Ownership, initiative, and hands-on engagement

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
