The Solution Test Automation Manager will lead the strategy for end-to-end solution testing in a cloud environment. Your expertise will be key in designing infrastructure and automation for workflow and scenario testing across our product suites to ensure high-quality medical software products.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Canada and involves tackling challenging projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for solution testing, ensuring robust processes
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and providing technical guidance
• Design and implement automation and infrastructure in Google Cloud for workflow and load testing
• Manage test systems covering load generation, data, automation, and reporting
• Collaborate with development teams to support automated testing and with DevOps for environment maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years in test automation and cloud software testing
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including implementation
• Proven ability to build and manage automated test environments
• Proficiency with GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Skills in Python, Java, C#, or Typescript
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HIPAA compliance and PHI security
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT standards and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

The salary range for Canada residents is $98,900 to $205,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
