Job summary

SITA is hiring a Solution Specialist Manager to strengthen our Ground Handling and Turnaround Management market position. You will bridge business units with the ground handling industry, advising customers, partners, and internal teams.

Drive launch, adoption, and lifecycle management of our modernized ground handling solution portfolio. Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Sales to bring market insights, customer feedback, and industry expertise to fuel growth and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Technology, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience within the aviation industry, preferably in Ground Handling, Airport Operations, Turnaround Management, Aviation Technology Solutions.
• Experience presenting complex solutions to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of operational processes within airports and ground handling organizations.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

The Solution Specialist Manager will help strengthen SITA’s position within the Ground Handling and Turnaround Management market across regions.

You will act as the bridge between SITA's business units and the ground handling industry, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting the successful launch, adoption, and lifecycle management of SITA's modernized ground handling solution portfolio

Working closely with Product Management, Business Development, and Sales teams, you will bring market insights, customer feedback, and industry expertise to drive growth and product success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Act as a trusted partner and industry advocate for SITA.

• Deliver customer presentations and solution demonstrations.

• Represent SITA at industry events and conferences.

• Build and maintain a strong ground handling network.

• Capture market insights to support product development.

• Serve as the regional SME, enabling and educating SITA teams.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Significant experience within the aviation industry, preferably in:

• Ground Handling

• Airport Operations

• Turnaround Management

• Aviation Technology Solutions

• Experience presenting complex solutions to customers and senior stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of operational processes within airports and ground handling organizations.

• Ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel (30% to 40% of the time)
