Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solution Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our data center and networking solutions , with a focus on partner ecosystems and industry verticals . This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging key stakeholders across the company including partner marketing, partner sales, partner solutions development, business development, the global campaigns team , product marketing, field marketing, and sales enablement .

You will be responsible for conducting market , customer , and partner research and determining opportunities where we can activate GTM strategies to win more business . You will also be responsible for supporting joint marketing activities with partners , including webinars, in-person events, and content development . The role requires a strategic mindset, a data- driven approach, a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results , and a roll-up-the-sleeves team-first attitude.

This role is pivotal in d efi n ing targeted messaging , sales enablement , and joint go-to-market motion s that help our partners grow revenue while driving top-line revenue for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sell-with go-to-market programs for our strategic partne rs

  • Spearhead messaging and communications strategies for partner enablement programs

  • Research and develop partner-led, as well as verticalized , customer use cases that will drive a deeper understanding of our buyer personas and ultimately messaging and content development.

  • Conduct marketing and database analysis on accounts in certain industry verticals to identify opportunities to expand with current customers or target new segments and partners

  • Work closely with partner program management teams to ensure alignment on messaging and joint marketing activities, such as webinars and in-person events

  • Provide onsite support and execution of partner marketing activities

  • Drive competitive research and intelligence to develop differentiated value propositions for partner audiences

  • Conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the technology sector, preferably in B2B, SaaS, cloud services, or data center solutions

  • Extensive marketing experience in B2B, e nterprise level field marketing or partner marketing

  • Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on the pipeline

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the cloud and data center industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environment

Skills

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
