Managing Solution Architect
Remote (2 Times in a Month-Travel to Chelan, WA)
12+ Months Project

Job Summary: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, with a significant focus on the utilities and energy industries. Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with existing technology stacks, including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead FSM solution architecture design, implementation, and integration with enterprise systems.
2. Work with Client Boomi and Maximo to optimize FSM solutions.
3. Develop web-based business applications using technologies such as XML, JSON, HTML5, and AngularJS.
4. Design and implement integration solutions using SOAP and REST web services.
5. Ensure compliance with utility operations, asset management, and regulatory requirements.
6. Manage project planning, execution, and risk management to drive successful FSM implementations.
7. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver high-impact programs.
8. Provide technical expertise in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics.

Required Skills:

1. Experience with OverIT’s FSM platform and its applications in the utilities sector or familiarity with FSM tools.
2. Strong consulting background with experience in client-facing roles delivering strategic programs.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions.
2. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and Machine Learning as they apply to Field Service Management.
3. Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical domains.
