Role Overview

The Solution Integration Manager (Technical Delivery Manager) owns tagging feature requests and implementations from the Business Requirements Document to Solution Design Reference and through tagging completion. You will act as a liaison between Adobe Analytics analysts, Launch implementation developers, and data layer developers, owning projects to ensure tagging is complete and accurate. Additionally, you will be the point person for Launch development issues and quick-turnaround bugs that arise throughout the day.

Responsibilities

1. Drive project progress, escalate risks and blockers as needed.
2. Check status with developers and remove roadblocks.
3. Follow up with developers on projects to ensure they are on track, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues and report roadblocks to management.
4. Support implementation architecture strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• 1+ years of experience with digital analytics implementation platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium IQ, or Adobe Launch.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
• Data layer expertise and experience.
• Experience with QA and debugging of tagging (media tags and analytics).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related languages.
• Experience with mobile tools (Charles Proxy, Adobe Assurance), ecommerce tagging, Adobe WebSDK, CJA.

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. Remote work is permitted within the U.S., adhering to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
