Primary Responsibilities:

1. Development and delivery of new integrations, features, rules, workflows, tasks, needs, and functionality on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform.
2. Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
3. Develop Java code for reporting and role management.
4. Develop IDM applications using SailPoint and Java, participate in requirement analysis and design, perform unit testing, and provide 3rd level support for SailPoint applications.
5. Identify risks/issues and develop recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues.
6. Implement new code into UAT and Production, following system development lifecycle processes.
7. Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
8. Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution, and reduce future incidents.
9. Participate in production support on-call rotation, especially for complex issues.
10. Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents.
11. Update progress to project schedules to track and measure task fulfillment.
12. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
13. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Java experience.
• Experience capturing requirements, documenting system/process changes, and design thinking.
• Experience with Agile practices such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Customer-facing experience, including status updates and navigating complex scenarios.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaborative team player.
• Ability to describe and communicate access control security policies.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative solutioning skills.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SailPoint.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and factors such as location, experience, and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
