Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• 7 years relevant work experience is required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering software solutions using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Proven experience applying DevOps principles across the SDLC including CI/CD automation, IaC, monitoring, observability, security integration, production support.

• Generates infrastructure support documentation.

• Maintain the highest level of knowledge about the company’s software/hardware products.
• May provide training and mentoring, as well as work direction, to others on the team.

Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and installs advanced software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. What we’re looking for:

Education:

Experience:

7 years relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Other Must Haves:

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering software solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar.


• Proven experience applying DevOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, security integration, and production support in enterprise environments.

Compensation Grade: SP20-008

Compensation Range: $98,993.00 - $128,688.00
