Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Solution Engineer to lead technical requirement gathering and solutioning for customer use cases at scale. You will provision tools and resources and ensure alignment with customer needs throughout the intake process.

The role involves coordinating with technical teams, managing the intake pipeline, and facilitating workshops to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions. As part of the Avalore team, you will track intake metrics, collaborate with the customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• All levels require Bachelor's Degree.
• SECRET Security Clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirement gathering and solutioning for customer use cases.
• Provision tools, resources, and align with customer needs.
• Lead the customer use case intake process with customers to understand requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop solutions that are feasible and align with WDP System capabilities.
• Manage the intake pipeline, prioritizing and scheduling new use cases by priority and resources.
• Develop and maintain intake process documentation and templates.
• Facilitate solutioning workshops with customers and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for new or enhanced services with the service catalog manager.
• Track and report intake metrics (volume, cycle time, customer satisfaction).
• Collaborate with the customer success team to hand off use cases for implementation.
• Stay informed about WDP System capabilities and roadmap to guide customers.
