As a Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation, you will work in a dynamic environment leading the design, development and deployment of innovative cloud-based software used in the delivery of large-scale energy efficiency programs. The Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing web-based systems, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change. **Duties and Responsibilities*** Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps* Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, and program delivery teams* Develops and communicates project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.* Organizes and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data.* Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.* Other duties as assigned.* New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey* Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field of study* Minimum of 4 years of work experience with software engineering or technical program management* Demonstrated experience with successful management of technical projects* A strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures* Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.* Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. **Preferred skills, education and experience*** Experience with Commercial and/or Residential electric or natural gas utility energy efficiency programs.* Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives.* Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless environments* PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.## **About Resource Innovations**Resource Innovations (RI) is a **women-led** energy transformation firm **focused on impact**. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is:$60,600.00-$126,000.00 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
