Job Description

To support the growth of Nexthink, we are expanding our Solution Consulting team in North America. This role primarily provides presales support to our regional partner ecosystem across the USA. The Solution Consultant will collaborate with the channel partner team and Nexthink Professional Services to support regional partners. Candidates should have presales experience, value-selling expertise, and a track record of enabling technical teams to be self-sufficient. The role reports to the Director of Solutions Consulting, North America, and requires residence anywhere in the US with access to a major airport. Travel within the US and occasionally internationally is expected.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Becoming a Nexthink SME and thought leader to promote the business value of the platform.
  2. Assisting partner sales teams to qualify leads by leveraging product knowledge to address business issues.
  3. Leading technical enablement and certification of partner presales teams, including demonstrations, training, and updates.
  4. Supporting customer meetings led by partner presales teams.
  5. Working with Partner Managers to set focus and priorities.
  6. Providing ongoing support for live opportunities, RFPs, RFIs, and partner activities.
  7. Representing Nexthink at events and marketing activities.
  8. Traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

  • Extensive presales or technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with and enable channel partners/VARs.
  • Experience with Value Selling and introducing new technologies into the market.
  • Knowledge in areas like Workplace, End User, Desktop Services, Digital Experience Monitoring, Cloud, Win10, O365, or ITIL.
  • Strong solutions environment skills and business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
