Job Description
To support the growth of Nexthink, we are expanding our Solution Consulting team in North America. The primary purpose of this role is to provide presales support to our regional partner ecosystem across the USA.

The Solution Consultant will collaborate with the channel partner team and Nexthink Professional Services to support regional partners. Candidates should have presales, value-selling, and sales methodology experience, be self-motivated, and have a track record of enabling technical teams within partner/channel models.

This role reports to the Director of Solutions Consulting, North America, and works closely with Regional Partner Managers. Candidates can reside anywhere in the US with access to a major airport hub; central US locations are preferred due to travel requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a Nexthink SME and thought leader internally and externally to drive business value.
  • Supporting partner sales teams by leveraging product knowledge to align solutions with business issues.
  • Leading technical enablement and certification of partner presales teams, including training, accreditation, and updates on new releases.
  • Supporting customer meetings led by partner presales teams.
  • Working with Partner Managers to set focus and priorities.
  • Providing support for live opportunities, RFPs/RFIs, and partner activities.
  • Representing Nexthink at events and marketing activities.
  • This is a field-based role requiring domestic and occasional international travel throughout the USA.

Qualifications

  • Extensive presales or technical consulting experience, preferably with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with/enabling channel partners/VARs.
  • Experience with Value Selling and complex solutions environments.
  • Knowledge in areas like Workplace, End User Services, Digital Experience Monitoring, Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or related projects.
  • Understanding of ITIL and service lifecycle disciplines.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, independence, good judgment, and team collaboration skills.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn Nexthink products and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders.
  • Team-oriented, solution-focused, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
