Your role with us
In this role, you will serve as a first point of contact for customers, delivering timely and effective Tier 1 technical support across a wide range of technologies, including computers, printers, phones, applications, and access-related requests. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customers receive a positive support experience from initial contact through resolution. By prioritizing service requests, documenting solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams when needed, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliable operation of the technology that supports our organization.
