Role Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile, consultative Solution Architect to partner closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to design impactful, technically sound solutions that address client needs across the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors.
You’ll bridge the gap between sales, delivery, and client stakeholders—translating business pain points into high-level solution blueprints and collaborating on proposals, demos, and discovery sessions. This is a highly collaborative, externally facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about turning AI and data strategy into business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
·Partner with Outside Sales Reps to understand client objectives and industry-specific pain points.
·Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs, process gaps, and architecture constraints.
·Translate business requirements into solution concepts leveraging KenexAI’s accelerators, consulting capabilities, and partner technologies.
·Develop client-facing artifacts: solution blueprints, value narratives, demos, and proposal inputs.
·Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure feasibility, scalability, and value realization in solution design.
·Participate in client pitches and workshops as a technical expert and trusted advisor.
·Stay current on AI, analytics, and cloud technologies relevant to healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing.
·Contribute to internal solution playbooks and reusable assets to accelerate future sales cycles.
Requirements
·7+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales consulting, or technical consulting roles.
·Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams in services-led environments.
·Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Databricks), data engineering, and AI/ML solution design.
·Domain knowledge in at least one of the following: life sciences R&D/commercial, healthcare provider workflows, or industrial manufacturing operations.
·Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
·Strong collaboration skills and a client-first mindset.
·Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements and workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
·Hands-on experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools, data warehousing, or real-time analytics platforms.
·Familiarity with regulatory/compliance considerations in healthcare or manufacturing (e.g., HIPAA, GxP).
·Experience working in a startup or early-stage consulting environment.
·Exposure to commercial analytics, clinical data platforms, or IoT/OT systems in manufacturing.
