Job summary

Centric Software seeks a Senior Solution Architect to join the Retail Planning and Pricing team. You will translate business needs into solution designs, work with customers and partners, and lead technical specifications for Centric Planning implementations.

Requirements include an engineering or CS degree, strong SQL Server querying skills, and experience in planning systems. The role offers global collaboration and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• A scientific or technical degree in engineering or computer science is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Basic knowledge of database queries using Microsoft SQL Server is required.
• Knowledge of planning applications at strategic and operational levels is preferred.
• A track record in IT, merchandising or supply chain planning consulting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimise solution designs on the Centric Planning platform to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers and Centric delivery teams throughout implementation.
• Collect, understand, challenge and communicate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Lead the definition of technical design, configuration and data requirements to support customer processes.
• Assist in preparing system testing and validation plans.
