Responsibilities

• Define and optimise solution designs on the Centric Planning platform to meet customer requirements.

• Collect, understand, challenge and communicate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Lead the definition of technical design, configuration and data requirements to support customer processes.
• Assist in preparing system testing and validation plans.

We help retailers and brands connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, from pre-season planning and assortment decisions to in-season demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and price optimisation. Working as a global team, we combine retail expertise with AI-powered technology to help customers improve inventory performance, revenue, margins and operational efficiency.**About the Role**We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our combined Retail Planning and Pricing team, with a focus on Centric Planning implementations. You’ll work directly with customers and internal and external partners to translate business needs into solution designs, configuration and data requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.This position may also be eligible for [bonus].
