Job summary

Vention ищет опытного архитектора программного обеспечения для формирования и ведения архитектуры на уровне команд. Ваша роль включает принятие технических решений, определение границ сервисов и контрактов, а также обеспечение высокой доступности и масштабируемости в облаке.

Требуется 7+ лет в разработке ПО и 5+ лет в .NET/C#. Опыт работы с распределёнными системами, DDD и CQRS обязателен; знание AWS/Azure и CI/CD будет преимуществом.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с распределёнными системами и облачной архитектурой
• Глубокое понимание принципов архитектуры (микросервисы, DDD, CQRS, Clean/Hexagonal)
• Опыт работы с AWS или Azure и их сервисами (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB и т.д.)
• Понимание высокодоступных архитектур, 비용-оптимизации и безаварийного восстановления
• Умение использовать ИИ в исследованиях, прототипировании и документации
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки, англ. не ниже B2

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и владение архитектурой ПО на уровне команд
• Ведение технических решений и направление архитектурного курса системы
• Определение границ сервисов, паттернов взаимодействия и контрактов
• Архитектура под высокую доступность, масштабируемость и DR в облаке
• Оценка архитектурных паттернов и компромиссов
• Принятие решений по облачным решениям в AWS/Azure и оптимизации затрат
• Сотрудничество с стейкходерами для выравнивания архитектуры с бизнес-целями
• Поддержка миграций и модернизации архитектуры

Our teams follow best engineering practices like clean architecture, DDD, automated testing, and CI/CD, delivering cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS.

Задачи:

• Design and own production-grade software architecture across teams
• Lead technical decision-making and guide architectural direction for the system
• Define service and domain boundaries, communication patterns, data ownership, and integration contracts
• Architect for high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery in a cloud environment
• Evaluate architectural patterns and trade-offs
• Drive cloud architecture decisions on AWS, including cost optimization and cloud-native design
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to align architecture with business and technical needs
• Support architecture modernization or migration initiatives where relevant

Требования:

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years with .NET/C#
• Proven experience designing production systems and leading technical decisions across teams
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, and similar)
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including core services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, IAM, VPC, and similar)
• Solid understanding of high availability, multi-AZ architecture, disaster recovery, scalability, cost optimization, and serverless/cloud-native design
• Advanced skills in using AI for research, prototyping, and building artifacts
• Strong communication skills, B2 level of English or higher
