Job description

Описание: We are looking for an AI Agentic Engineer to design and deliver production-ready agentic applications for enterprise clients using modern AI platforms, including Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure AI services. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on turning business requirements into secure, scalable, AI‑driven solutions. We actively use AI coding assistants and agent frameworks as part of delivery. Engineers are expected to effectively orchestrate, validate, and productionize AI-generated outputs.

• Design and build multi-agent systems using Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure services
• Break down business requirements into structured, testable implementation plans
• Orchestrate AI agents and multi-step workflows to deliver production-ready functionality
• Validate and review AI-generated code and configurations
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and external enterprise services
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of delivered systems
• Apply CI/CD practices and quality gates (tests, code review, observability)
• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements and propose solutions
• Manage multi-stage workstreams with incremental delivery and checkpoints

Требования

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry
• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and external systems
• Hands‑on experience with AI-driven or agent-based systems
• Strong testing mindset (unit / integration testing)
• Understanding of CI/CD and production readiness
• Secure‑by‑default mindset (secrets handling, least privilege, dependency hygiene)
• Experience communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Sufficient English proficiency for client communication
