Job summary

Archer collaborates with Kainos to connect top professionals for a Solution Architect (Manager) role in Kainos. You will lead multi-skilled agile teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions that delight customers and impact users worldwide.

You will work with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs, advising on effort, implications and complexity. You will manage, coach and develop a small team, evaluating performance and aiding career development.

Qualifications

• Has delivered software designs for multi-tiered software apps.
• Understands whole solution architecture concepts and negotiates designs with customer architects.
• Prioritises non-functional concerns for customers and includes them in design.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) including SaaS/PaaS offerings.
• Clear communication of technical design in conversations, docs, and presentations.
• Able to make effective decisions in fast-moving delivery environments.
• Experience developing junior team members and wider community.
