HTC Global Services seeks a hands-on Solution Architect for eSPP implementation and migration projects. You will design solutions, support migrations from SPP to eSPP, and collaborate across multiple workstreams to ensure successful deliveries.

The role requires detailed client engagement history, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to articulate complex topics to stakeholders. Onsite in Dearborn, full-time employment, with long-term growth opportunities.

• Hands-on Solution Architect experience in eSPP projects.
• Experience designing eSPP implementations and migrations.
• Proven ability to communicate details of prior engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture expertise for eSPP projects in the design phase.
• Support SPP-to-eSPP migration initiatives across workstreams.
• Plan core activities: Core Planning, Forecasting, PAL, Demand Capture, DRP.
• Oversee deployment and MEIO/SCAL activities.
• Deliver detailed information on past engagements and work performed.

Solution Architect – eSPP Implementation & Migration

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect with hands-on experience in eSPP implementation projects, including solution design, as well as experience migrating from SPP to eSPP. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple eSPP workstreams and be able to clearly explain their contributions and experience from previous engagements.

• Experience with implementations involving both SPP and eSPP.
• Experience working across more than one eSPP workstream.
• Ability to provide detailed information about previous engagements and work performed.
