The architect operates within an Enterprise Architecture model, aligning with enterprise standards and governance while driving delivery speed and accountability across domains.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and modern architectures.
• Experience in Agile/product-based delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Owns product/team-level solution design and delivery architecture.
• Design and document solution architectures including application, integration, data and infrastructure components.
• Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to align roadmaps, MVP scope, and trade-offs.
• Ensure solutions follow Guardian architecture standards and security requirements.
• Mentor engineers on architecture principles and problem solving.
• Lead proof-of-concepts for new capabilities and influence architecture strategy.
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies impacting delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance on design quality and code structure.
• Available for production incidents with major business impact.
