Job summary

CarbonWeb seeks a Solution Architect to design and implement complex monday.com-based workflows for a global client base. You will lead architectural decisions, guide delivery, and work with customers to optimize processes using API integrations and low-code tooling.

The role emphasizes strong communication with executives, hands-on design of data flows, and collaboration with internal teams to build scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS as solution architect/implementation manager/tech consultant, focusing on complex products.
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL APIs and low-code/no-code platforms (Make.com).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executives.
• Nice-to-have: experience with monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Scope, architect, design, and implement solutions using the monday.com product suite.
• Guide customers to a successful development path and ensure delivery of the system.
• Create wireframes and map data flows across software components.
• Extend workflows with APIs on Make.com.
• Learn and apply monday.com apps and integrations within client workflows.
• Reuse pre-built CarbonWeb solutions to accelerate delivery.
• Push the platform with complex, high-impact workflows.

Responsibilities

Some of a solution architect’s daily responsibilities are the following:

• Work with customers and internal teams to scope, architect, design, and implement solutions using the monday.com product suite.
• Guide customers along a successful development path to ensure the complete and successful delivery of a system.
• Construct wireframes and develop logical connections between software and internally within the software to determine the best path for data.
• Supplement complex workflows using APIs on make.com).
• Develop knowledge of monday.com apps and how they integrate within your workflows alongside our application development team.
• Utilize previous workflows and CarbonWeb solutions to deploy "pre-built" solutions for the client.
• Push the limits of the monday.com platform by building complex workflows for your clients!!

Experience/Skills

The ideal experience for a this role includes:

• 3+ years ofexperience in SaaS asasolution architect,implementation manager, ortechnological consulting, specifically withimplementingof complex products.
• Strong Knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and low code / no code API (Make.com).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.

• Previous experience with monday.com is a plus!
