Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a solution architect with a manufacturing background to lead modernization and integration of its engineering technology ecosystem onsite in Wichita, KS, with possible travel to Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX. You will own architecture decisions across Autodesk, CAD, PLM and engineering data management, partnering with engineering, operations and IT teams.

This role requires designing solutions, guiding transformation, and shaping the future of the client's engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with architecture ownership responsibilities.
• Experience with engineering technology platforms (Autodesk, CAD, PLM, engineering data management).
• Experience architecting integrations between engineering platforms, cloud solutions and enterprise apps.

Insight Global is looking for a solution architect with a manufacturing background to lead the modernization and integration of its engineering technology ecosystem. This role with own architecture decisions across platforms including Autodesk, CAD, PLM, Engineering data management and product development. You will partner directly with engineering, operations and IT teams to design solutions, guide transformation and share the future of the client's engineering environment. This person should have experience supporting and architecture how CAD, PLM, Cloud platforms and business systems work together. This is a fulltime role onsite in Wichita, KS, Tulsa, OK, or Houston, TX.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with engineering technology platforms such as Autodesk, SolidWorks, CAD, PLM, product lifecycle management, and engineering data management systems
• Experience architecting integrations between engineering platforms, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft technologies, Salesforce, SaaS applications, and modern cloud-based business platforms
• Strong understanding of engineering and product development workflows
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate architecture concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• 5+ years in IT with architecture, systems, application, or platform ownership responsibilities
• Autodesk Vault Experience
