Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/solution architecture experience.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with Apache Kafka and large-scale streaming.
• Experience with Apache Spark for batch and streaming workloads.
• Experience with distributed NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Cosmos DB).
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataproc, Pub/Sub).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation frameworks.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment.

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions across enterprise platforms. This role is responsible for defining architectural vision, driving technical strategy, and ensuring successful execution of high-impact initiatives that align with business objectives and engineering standards.

The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with architectural leadership, bringing experience designing distributed systems, modern data platforms, event-driven architectures, and AI-enabled applications. This individual will influence technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and deliver solutions that drive enterprise-wide impact.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture experience.Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud-native architectures.Strong hands-on development background with Java and Spring Boot microservices.Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and large-scale streaming platforms.Experience with Apache Spark for batch and streaming data processing workloads.Experience with distributed NoSQL databases including Cassandra, Cosmos DB, or similar technologies.Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as BigQuery, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and related cloud-native technologies.Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.Strong understanding of distributed systems principles, including CAP theorem, consistency models, resiliency, and fault tolerance.Experience building production-grade CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation frameworks.Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment.
