Just as importantly, we empower our people—providing the tools, support, and opportunities they need to grow and succeed.

We don’t just make bold promises—we deliver results. Behind that trust is a team that delivers exceptional value and deep industry expertise.

While our technology sets us apart, it’s our people who truly make the difference. At Insurity, you’ll collaborate with some of the most creative and knowledgeable minds in insurance tech—in a culture that fosters innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. Our award-winning onboarding experience welcomes and supports you from the moment you accept our offer.

Insurity’s Next Solution Architect

We’re seeking a highly capable Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team and lead solution design and delivery for our Insurity Pro Suite platform. In this customer-facing role, you will partner closely with P&C insurance customers to translate business objectives into scalable Pro Suite configurations, integrations, and technical architectures that drive successful implementations and long-term value.

You’ll work across project managers, business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure Pro Suite is implemented according to best practices, aligned with customer requirements, and positioned for future growth. This role requires strong P&C domain knowledge, hands-on experience with policy administration or core insurance platforms, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused terms. The role is based in North America and may require occasional in-person engagement with customer and partners.

What Our Solution Architect Will Do

  • Solution & Architecture Leadership

  • Participate in customer discussions on small and medium complexity projects to understand current state architecture and gather requirements for future state solution

  • Participate in joint application design sessions, including documenting design questions

  • Develop a successful working relationship with customer architects and project team

  • Assist in developing Solution Landscape, Context diagrams, and Sequence diagrams for assigned projects

  • Assist in developing High-Level Design documents and provide guidance to developers and solution configurators to enable them to create a detailed design

  • Provide weekly project status reports to Solution Architecture leadership and aide in the creation of report documentation

  • Remain up to date on new releases related to the integration, architectural, and functional capabilities of each of Insurity’s products

  • Identify and document risks or issues discovered through technical and architectural discussions and elevate to Project Managers and Solution Architecture leadership

  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar role in Professional Services or consulting, working directly with external customers.

  • Experience delivering or configuring core P&C insurance systems (policy administration, billing, claims, or underwriting workbenches).

  • Demonstrated ability to design and document end-to-end solutions including configuration, integrations (APIs, file-based, services), and data flows.

  • Strong business analysis and critical thinking skills; able to challenge requirements and propose pragmatic alternatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including:

    • Clear, audience-appropriate design documentation (e.g., solution designs, interface specs, decision logs).

    • Effective facilitation of remote and in-person design and review sessions.

  • Solid time management skills, including planning, prioritization, and handling multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.

  • Comfortable working both collaboratively within cross-functional teams and autonomously on assigned solution areas.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to connect detailed design decisions to overall business and architectural goals.

Nice To Have

  • Hands-on experience with Insurity Pro Suite or related Insurity solutions (e.g., Sure MGA, Underwriting, Sure Commercial Policy).
