Job summary

Accops Systems in United States is seeking a senior architect to design and deliver secure, scalable EUC and Digital Workspace solutions.

You will work with Engineering to align infrastructure initiatives with product roadmaps, and with Presales to create technical bootcamps and validated designs.

The role requires leadership, mentoring and strong client engagement across large enterprise accounts, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure/solution architecture for EUC and Digital Workspace.
• Expertise in virtualization and Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Networking, storage, AD, DNS, file servers, and security.
• Hands-on design experience for VDI and application virtualization.
• Experience sizing large scale environments.
• Experience with large enterprise and strategic customers.
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows and Linux.
• Strong client engagement and account management.
• Strategic leadership with mentoring abilities.
• Good to have IAM, cybersecurity, ZTNA experience.
• Good to have DevOps practices, automation, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement EUC solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
• Partner with Engineering to co‑develop features and align infra initiatives with roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Presales to design and deliver technical bootcamps and training.
• Contribute blogs, white papers, validated designs, and architecture templates.
• Collaborate with L&D for trainings and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technology leader under Customer Success.
• Provide QA for documentation from Professional Services and Pre‑Sales.
• Represent Accops in front of customers as a technology leader.

Job description

Technical Skills Required:

• Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure/solution architecture, with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workspace solutions.
• Strong expertise in Virtualization technologies, Windows and Linux OS.
• Proficiency in networking, storage, AD, DNS, file servers, and security solutions.
• Hands‑on experience in designing solutions for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), application virtualization.
• Hands‑on experience in sizing large scale environments.
• Experience in handling and managing Large Scale, Enterprise and Strategic customers.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.
• Proven client engagement and account management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive organizational learning.

Good to have:

• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity products, ZTNA.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement end‑user computing (EUC) solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving client and market needs.
• Partner with Engineering teams to co‑develop new features and ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Presales to design and deliver technical bootcamps, empowering teams with future‑ready skills.
• Contributing in creating blogs, White papers, validated designs, design templates, architecture templates etc.
• Collaborating with the L&D function for trainings.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technology leader under Customer Succes function, helping in upskilling Professional Services, Technical Support teams.
• Work to provide Quality Assurance for the documentation created by the Professional Services and Pre‑Sales team.
• Represent as a Technology Leader for Accops in front of customers.
