Job summary

Unlimited Tech Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions aligned with client goals. You will collaborate with business leaders, developers, and account managers to create scalable, secure systems and applications.

You will report to the Head of Solution Architecture and help ensure architectural integrity across multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment across US time zones.

About The Role

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals and business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and account managers, to create scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications.

This role will report directly to the Head of Solution Architecture.

• Tech-savvy. Ability to quickly figure things out on your own when working with various tools. This is crucial for this position.

• Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications. Solution Architects should be skilled in creating architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines.
• Possess the passion for helping businesses succeed through a commitment to continuous improvement, critical thinking, reliance on facts (not just data), and rolling up your sleeves to get it done.
• Flexibility to shift working hours to join client or internal calls across US time zones as needed - not a fixed schedule requirement, but availability for calls when they arise.

Benefits and Perks

• The base salary for this role is USD $100,000 to $130,000. With bonus opportunities, total target compensation is $120,000-150,000, commensurate with experience. Outstanding candidates may be considered for higher ranges.
• Note: For roles filled via an Employer of Record (EOR), final compensation is subject to review prior to offer, based on local market rates and statutory costs.
