Location: West Coast (Pacific Time Zone), Remote

As a key member of the customer success team, the Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Arena’s application, delivered professionally and on time, to maximize customer satisfaction.

You will work with new customers, support adoption, and provide best-practices guidance for existing customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Confidence is essential for working independently to manage implementation services and to assist team members as needed. A manufacturing background in High Tech, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods is required.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Present Arena application to customers, demonstrate functional expertise, and advise on implementation options.
• Assist in troubleshooting data and process issues related to application implementation.
• Lead multiple successful Arena implementations, including project management, software configuration, data migration, and customer training.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Analyze and map customer business requirements to meet implementation goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of Arena PLM’s architecture, modules, and features.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to create educational content based on Arena’s functionalities.

Preferred Experience:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• ECAD/MCAD/PDM
• Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Strong customer service passion
• Presentation, project planning, and scoping skills
• Relational database and reporting solutions knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MS Access experience a plus; SaaS implementation experience preferred

Basic Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Operations, or related field
• 5-7 years of consulting and software solution implementation experience
• Manufacturing background in High Tech, Medical Device, or CPG

Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Additional benefits include bonuses, stock programs, health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401K, and more.
