Job summary

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Solution Architect to design and guide complex enterprise technology solutions from concept through implementation.

The ideal candidate combines broad Solution Architecture experience with a strong software development background and is comfortable developing POCs, troubleshooting with engineering teams, and getting into the technical details when necessary. This is not a growth-into-architecture opportunity; the team is seeking someone who has already operated as a Solution Architect across multiple technology domains and can contribute with minimal ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integrations, data, cloud, infrastructure, and security.
• Develop solution architectures, design patterns, standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Work closely with development teams throughout implementation and troubleshooting.
• Build POCs and provide hands-on technical support when needed.

• Prior development experience with Java and/or Python.
• Strong application, integration/API, and data architecture knowledge.
• Cloud architecture experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and modern Agile/DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and modern distributed applications.
• Ability to develop POCs and troubleshoot technical issues alongside engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Solution Architect across multiple technology domains and contributing effectively with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
