Axelon Services Corporation seeks a senior Coveo architect to lead the platform integration across the CX ecosystem in Radnor, PA. You will design search, recommendations, and personalization strategies, connecting Salesforce and Contentful CMS while guiding data flows.

You will own governance of Coveo integrations, optimize configurations, and shape relevance tuning and ML models. Strong Java, Python, and cloud/container experience are required for a B2B eCommerce setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering or IT architecture experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Coveo and search technologies experience.
• Proven B2B eCommerce search and recommendations experience.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Ensure seamless connectivity with platforms like Salesforce and Contentful CMS.
• Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with other CX platforms to ensure unified data flow and a consistent user experience.
• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations within the company composable Experience Layer.
• Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.
• Design and govern the customization of relevance tuning and machine learning models.
• Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis, and develop reports for search and content analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Coveo and search technologies.
• Proven experience in eCommerce search and recommendations, specifically within a B2B environment.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
• Professional certification in front-end framework is highly preferred.
