Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Irvine is seeking a Solution Architect specializing in CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, and Docusign. You will diagnose complex CLM issues, implement advanced configurations, and ensure data integrity across contract data and workflows.

You will drive change management, guide internal stakeholders, and develop a knowledge base with best practices. A BE is required; CLM certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold any CLM product certification.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot CLM products.
• Ensure data integrity in CLM platforms.
• Manage CLM configuration changes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / Docusign) problems.
• Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platforms Ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the CLM platform effectively, following established change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ Docusign) data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platform issues, and best practices.
• Buyer/Support/Manager updates Agreement Expiry date Updates. Notification Updates Create or Amend Help Text Removing the user from team in Notification Workflow Update Create/Update Workflow approvals. Create/Update Rules
