Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in New Jersey is seeking a CLM specialist to diagnose and troubleshoot complex CLM platforms (Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, DocuSign).

You will implement advanced configurations, manage changes, and ensure data integrity across contract lifecycles, aligning with legal, procurement, and IT needs. You will also develop a knowledge base and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / Docusign).
• Implement advanced configurations within CLM platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to CLM platform following change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems with CLM data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base for CLM platform issues and best practices.
• Buyer/Support/Manager updates Agreement Expiry date, Notifications, Help Text, and Workflow updates.

• Agiloft – Agiloft certified Business Analyst, Agiloft certified Implementer,
• Agiloft certified Implementation Specialist (Workato Automation – Pro 1, Pro 2, Pro 3),
• Agiloft Certified Project Manager
• Icertis - ICI Administrator, ICI Practitioner, ICI Technical Professional, ICI Functional Professional,
• ICI Technical Architect, ICI Functional Architect, ICI AIML Technical Professional, ICI Project Manager.
• Sirion – Sirion Certified CLM Professional
• Other – Docusign (proctored), Ironclad, evisort, ContractpodAI or any CLM Domain certifications, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ Docusign) data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platform issues, and best practices.
• Buyer/Support/Manager updates Agreement Expiry date Updates. Notification Updates Create or Amend Help Text Removing the user from team in Notification Workflow Update Create/Update Workflow approvals. Create/Update Rules

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Salary Range: $120000 - $170000 a year

Qualifications:

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
