The Solution Architect position is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple sales opportunities and account teams. The Solution Architect provides sales and solution assurance for clients across areas such as solution development, account interaction, service design, and practice pipeline management. The ideal candidate has experience in solution management within defined subject matter areas, resource allocation, contract management, and customer interaction, especially in solution-based managed services.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, developing solution designs, facilitating communication among delivery teams, managing solution status and costs, and ensuring escalation procedures are followed. The role also involves practice and product line management, including pipeline analysis, solution health checks, and relationship building with customers and internal teams.

Management duties encompass understanding and managing customer requirements, ensuring solution methodology adherence, maintaining engagement profitability, and supporting future business opportunities. The Solution Architect also acts as a subject matter expert in audit, compliance, and risk governance, with experience in IT and business adherence to compliance programs, security frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT, FedRAMP), and secure systems design.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 15+ years of experience in IT and professional services, strong communication and leadership skills, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, among others. The salary range is $135,000 to $190,000 annually, with additional benefits and potential incentives. This is a fully remote position with an application deadline of July 9, 2025.
