Seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead migration planning and transformation initiatives in overseas projects. Lead and design comprehensive migration planning strategies to ensure seamless transition of systems and applications. Drive transformation efforts by analyzing existing architectures and proposing scalable, efficient solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solution architecture with business objectives. Evaluate current technology stacks and recommend modernization approaches, and provide expert guidance on architecture frameworks and best practices within the organization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during migration and transformation processes. Support decision‑making by delivering detailed architectural documentation and impact analysis. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into solution designs.
Develop and execute detailed migration plans for large‑scale projects across overseas locations. Lead transformation initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders to drive adoption of new architectures. Mentor and guide junior architects and technical teams on solution architecture principles. Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning related to migration and transformation activities. Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate architecture strategies to business and technical teams. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with architectural standards and timelines. Collaborate with vendors and third‑party service providers to support migration and transformation goals. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural challenges.
