Role Overview

Senior Maximo Solution Architect responsible for leading enterprise architecture projects from planning through delivery in support of federal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural documentation for Maximo MAS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Interface with stakeholders across federal client organizations to align system strategies with business needs.
• Guide cross‑functional teams and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply advanced principles to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
• Support milestone events, audits, and documentation efforts across the acquisition lifecycle.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• A minimum of 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including Maximo MAS implementations and upgrades.
• A minimum of 5 years maintaining complex technical platforms during delivery and steady state.
• A minimum of 5 years leading lean‑agile squads and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of the Maximo Compatibility Matrix and industry standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Cloud platform certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, IBM Cloud).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal clients.
• Experience developing architectural deliverables and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and compliance standards.
