Job summary

Atlas People is seeking a creative Chef to join a busy bistro-style venue. You will work alongside the Head Chef, running the kitchen on days off and ensuring high-quality, consistent dishes.

This role includes transport to the workplace, accommodation, and meals while on shift. Applicants should be trade qualified with 3+ years’ experience and a keen eye for detail. National police check and working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with 3+ years’ experience.

• Own traditional uniform and knives.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen regularly on the Head Chef’s days off.

About you

If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
