Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver to operate from our Pueblo, CO hub. You’ll run dedicated regional lanes, delivering to Montana and Idaho with 2,800–3,000 miles per week and weekly home time.

This role offers a strong weekly earnings potential up to $1,820 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), and dental/vision insurance. Weekend shifts and holiday coverage may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience (first-seat experienced drivers).
• Mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations using hair follicle analysis and urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated round-trip regional lanes originating from Pueblo, CO.
• Perform 100% drop-and-hook freight with consistent delivery processes.
• Weekend work and holiday availability during peak season may be required.
